AI Implementation Consultant

I build AI systems that run a business without a person watching them.

I ship the whole system on my own. The agent, the workflows, the integrations, the front end.

6 systems. The problem each one solves, what I built, and where it stands today.

Warshe

live demo

Construction project management, built for a Lebanese contractor

The problem

Site progress, budgets, and approvals sit in different places. Nobody sees the whole job on one screen.

What I built
  • The client asked for the whole app gamified. Game feel, one set of colors and icons, dead simple to use.
  • The BOQ engine reads the drawings and fills in the quantities.
  • It exports a real 16-tab Excel bill of quantities, built from his own template, with his own formulas intact.

Live demo. Open it and drive it yourself.

warshe.vercel.app
The Warshe timeline screen. Five construction sites, overlapping job bars, and a today marker.

Sandwich w Noss

in pilot

HQ invoice automation for an 8-branch restaurant group

The problem

Head office keys in 100 to 150 supplier invoices a day. Many of them are handwritten.

What I built
  • The AI reads the scan.
  • A clerk approves it.
  • The system posts the purchase invoice into their ERP with the scan attached.

Pilot, going live now.

RayWhite

in production

Operations platform for a RayWhite real-estate office

The problem

Listing photos come off a phone. Writing the listing and fixing the photos eats the afternoon.

What I built
  • Raw photos and a few facts go in. A ready-to-post listing comes back.
  • The lighting, color, and lens get fixed. The property stays exactly what it is.
  • Agents drag the before and after to see what changed.

In production for a RayWhite office.

The listing engine. A raw villa photo and the enhanced version side by side, with a drag-to-compare handle.

Silver City

in production

Retail operations for a jewelry store

The problem

The store carries more than 4,000 products. Orders land on WhatsApp and somebody has to chase the courier.

What I built
  • A Shopify catalog pipeline across 4,000-plus products.
  • AI fills in the product details.
  • WhatsApp handles orders and review requests. Delivery runs through Wakilni.

In production. Paid build.

Smile City OS

client build

Dental clinic system with a bilingual AI receptionist

The problem

Patients message at night and on weekends. Somebody has to answer and find them a slot.

What I built
  • An AI receptionist that works in Arabic and English.
  • It answers the patient and books a real appointment slot.

Built end to end. The demo sits behind a password, open on request.

Need For Lead

built solo, end to end

Full-stack AI DM qualification SaaS

The problem

Inbound DMs pile up. The good leads go cold. Nobody replies in time.

What I built
  • A full-stack product that reads the DM, qualifies the lead, and books the call.
  • Next.js and Supabase for the app, a Python agent on Claude for the conversation.
  • One system I architected from scratch.

Built end to end, solo.

Outreach engine for Dubai off-plan real estate.

  • AI Roudy

DM agent and coaching demo, built for a Guinness World Record athlete.

  • Poupée M

Brand content agent for a house studio.

  • AI after-hours receptionist

Picks up after hours, captures the request, logs it for the morning team.

the content pipeline

I built a pipeline that watches comments and transcripts, pulls the patterns, writes the research brief, drafts the script, renders the video, schedules it, and posts it on its own.

Once it posts, it pulls the numbers and feeds them back in, so each new reel is built on what already performed.

I point it at a topic. It hands me a reel.

The one playing here came out of that pipeline. Same engine I use to build automation for clients.

I take a problem and ship a working system, solo. I design the agent, build the workflows, wire the integrations, ship the front end.

Before this I worked in sales and appointment setting, then moved into building the systems behind it. I played for the Lebanese Basketball National Team and graduated from LAU with a BBA. I am Google AI certified.

I work with clients in the US, the UK, and the Gulf. Beirut time, GMT+3. I work in Arabic, English, and French. The company is Hage Consulting LLC, registered in Wyoming.

What I build with

  • 01AI agents

Claude Code and agent-native systems in production. The same stack runs my own operations every day.

  • 02Automation

n8n, Zapier, Make. The plumbing between every tool a business already uses.

  • 03Full-stack

Next.js and Supabase for the app, Python for the agent layer.

  • 04Browser automation

agents that source, fill, and submit on the web with no human at the keyboard.

  • 05Paid media tooling

Meta and Google ads pipelines for research and creative.

Automations that run in the background of a business. Scoped tight, shipped fast.

outreach engine
The outreach workflow. A webhook feeds a loop that pulls each lead's profile and writes a personalized message.

Cold outreach engine

Writes a custom opener for every lead from their real data, then runs the whole follow-up sequence.

hiring signals
The scraper workflow. Job listings flow into a sheet, get filtered, and become qualified leads.

Hiring-signal lead scraper

Reads live job listings for buying signals, then hands back the hiring manager and a verified email.

newsletter engine
The newsletter workflow. Reddit threads go in, headlines and an intro come out, ready to send.

Newsletter system

Pulls the threads your audience already reads, filters for what is worth sending, and formats the issue.

hiring pipeline
The hiring board. Candidates sit in stages from new applicant to review trial to hired.

Hiring pipeline

Takes a candidate from CV to offer. You decide at each step and the system handles everything between.

  • What happens when something breaks?

Checks run against the system around the clock.

When something drifts, the alert comes to me.

I fix it. Your team keeps working.

  • You're one guy. Can you handle a company our size?

I build the system, then train your team to run it.

You keep the build. It stays yours.

Hage Consulting LLC is the company behind the work, registered in Wyoming.
